Welcome! At your first visit, please introduce yourself to the teacher who will show you around. 


Our teachers will be there to ensure you can safely and effectively participate, no matter your experience level, so please share any relevant information with them that may be useful for your practice. 


 Our studio is equipped with high quality yoga mats and a wide range of props (blocks, belts, bolsters, blankets, etc.), however, you are welcome to use your own mat and props if you prefer.


If you are coming to a dynamic or heated class you may wish to bring a towel and / or a bottle of water. There is a kitchenette with access to tap water to fill up your bottle.

We have a variety of class credit packs available to suit your preferences. You can view our Class Packs & Memberships here

 Our address is 5 Royal Hunt House, Ascot, SL5 8J  


There is free public parking right outside of the studio. If that is full there is free public parking at the North Ascot Community Centre nearby.


We recommend you arrive 5 - 10 minutes prior to the start of class.


We do not allow admittance 5 minutes after the start of class. This is for your own safety and respect for other students. 


If you are no longer able to join us please cancel your booking 12 hours in advance to avoid losing your credit and allow other students to book into class. 


Cancellations made within 12 hours of class start time are considered late cancellations, and failure to attend without cancelling is a no-show. Clients using class packs will lose 1 class credit for any late cancellation or no-show. For members, late cancellations and no-shows incur a £5 fee.


Congratulations! While everyone's different we'd strongly recommend you seek medical advice before exercising while pregnant.


Please get in touch before booking your first class to discuss and let the teacher know of your pregnancy when you arrive for class.


To maintain a peaceful and focused environment, we have a ‘no phones’ and ‘no shoes’ policy in the studio practice area. Please switch your phone to silent or airplane mode and place it in the lockers (at the back of the studio in the Relax area) or in the cubicles at the front of the studio.
