Infrared Heated Classes

Infrared heating helps to deepen your stretch, increase detoxification, and promote greater flexibility.


Our heated classes use Infrared heating technology to create a warm environment, heating the room to temperatures between 28 to 32 degrees. 


We currently offer heated Yang to Yin, Yoga Sculpt and Awake & Restore classes.
