Our Flow & Restore class is designed to offer a blend of active movement & deep relaxation. It begins with a flowing sequence to warm the body & increase vitality, followed by supported, restorative postures held for an extended period to promote deep rest & stilled mind.

Our Yang to Yin class is a beautifully balanced practice. It begins with a dynamic Yang flow to build heat and strengthen muscles, followed by deep, floor-based Yin poses held for longer periods to release connective tissue. This practice offers the perfect blend of effort and ease, leaving you feeling energised yet deeply relaxed.

Our Power Yoga class is a high-energy, faster-paced practice designed to build muscle strength, endurance, and flexibility. Expect a challenging sequence of postures and sun salutations with an emphasis on core engagement and powerful breath. Suitable for experienced beginners to intermediate practitioners.

Our Yoga Sculpt class is an energising, yoga-based practice that combines cardio and strength training using light to moderate weights. It is ideal for building lean muscle, supporting bone health, and increasing stamina, with options given to adapt to your fitness level and ability.

Our Yoga Freestyle class is a fluid, intuitive practice that blends various yoga styles, allowing the teacher to adapt to the energy, needs and abilities of the students. The class emphasises how the body moves and feels in each pose, prioritising awareness over shape.

Our Beginners Series classes are specifically designed for students new to yoga, providing an inviting introduction to the practice. We will focus on fundamental postures, proper alignment, and essential breathing techniques (pranayama) in a supportive and encouraging environment. This series builds a strong foundation, ensuring you feel confident and safe to progress into other classes.

Our Mat Pilates classes focus on core strength, posture, balance, and flexibility. Through controlled movements and mindful breathing, you will build a strong foundation, improve body awareness, and prevent injury.

Our Awake & Restore class is designed to gently invigorate and deeply relax you. It begins with light movement to awaken the body, followed by supported restorative poses to calm the nervous system and promote deep rest.

Our Moving Meditation class utilises repetitive somatic movements combined with breath work & mantras to create a rhythmic, deeply internal practice. Unlike traditional flow classes, the focus is on the meditative quality of the repetition to quiet the busy mind & switch off.

Our Yoga Nidra class, often called 'yogic sleep', is a deep relaxation practice conducted while lying down comfortably. The teacher guides you through a systematic process of body and breath awareness, leading to a profound state of conscious rest. This practice is scientifically proven to reduce stress, improve sleep, and promote overall well-being.
Infrared heating helps to deepen your stretch, increase detoxification, and promote greater flexibility.
Our heated classes use Infrared heating technology to create a warm environment, heating the room to temperatures between 28 to 32 degrees.
