With an extensive background in fitness as a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor, Tricia brings a dynamic and practical focus on mobility, functional movement and strength that supports everyday life.
Tricia is also an Advanced Menopause Practitioner, empowering women to feel strong, confident and thrive through menopause and all its stages.
When she’s not teaching at the studio, Tricia supports clients through her health and wellness practice as a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach.
